Meet Our Team
A4 Access has a team of highly-trained and talented individuals who provide accessibility solutions for private residences as well as commercial buildings. Accessibility Specialists will come to your home or business to evaluate your needs and recommend the appropriate solution. Equipment installation is handled by Accessibility Technicians licensed by the City of Detroit and State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Elevator Safety Division.
Tony Filippis III
Title: Service and Installation Manager, Licensed Elevator Journeyman
Facility: Rochester Hills
Tony Filippis III provides direction for the A4 Access team of Accessibility Specialists; he is responsible for managing large projects involving coordination with contractors, and ultimately ensuring that jobs are completed on time and exceeding the requirements of customers. Tony brings 22 years of accessibility experience, having worked directly under Tony Filippis Sr. during the start of his career. Tony enjoys working with the office, sales and installation staff to develop solutions that help people gain access and overcome the challenges of everyday life. With his knowledge of accessibility equipment and construction, electrical and mechanical expertise, he excels at fixing problems on and off the job site. He can be reached at tony.f@A4-Access.com.

Jeremy Filippis
Title: Accessibility Specialist and Licensed Elevator Journeyman
Facility: Rochester Hills
Jeremy works with end users, customers, care givers, physicians, therapists, case managers, architects and builders to provide solutions to accessibility needs. After earning his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Northwood University in 2002, he started his career as a rental ramp installer and an apprentice installer for stair lifts, wheelchair lifts and elevators. Care and compassion for patients, traits he learned from his grandfather, prompted him to continue learning all aspects of the accessibility department where he still works today. Vittorio Palomba Jr.
Title: Accessibility Specialist and Licensed Elevator Journeyman

Vittorio works with end users, care givers, physicians, therapists, case managers, architects and builders to provide solutions to accessibility needs. Vittorio has over 25 years of commercial and residential accessibility experience. He earned a bachelor degree from Central Michigan University (Summa Cum Laude). Having worked directly with Tony Filippis Sr. for over a decade, Vittorio shares Tony Filippis Sr’s dedication to those with accessibility needs. Vic believes, “There truly is no place like home”. Bill Gumbleton
Title: Accessibility Specialist and Account Representative
Facility: Rochester Hills
Bill works with end users, care givers, physicians, therapists, case managers, architects and builders to provide solutions to accessibility needs. Bill has been on the A4 Access/Wright & Filippis team for over 13 years. He started his career under the direction of Tony Filippis Sr., learning the accessibility business from one of the best, and the importance of listening to the customer and doing everything possible to take care of their needs. Bill earned his BBA from Northwood University in Midland Michigan. Prior to joining Wright & Filippis, he worked in the restaurant industry and owned a recreation business.
